Are Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler dating?

The one are even rumored to be dating when the Scottish actor joined Aniston on a holiday in Mexico last month where he celebrated her 41st birthday.

Are they or aren’t they? Jennifer Aniston & Gerard Butler seem to have been getting along so well during & after their movie, “The Bounty Hunter.”

Aniston has always been denying that there’s over friendship between them & is even getting angry over claims that he's created a fake romance to promote their team-up.

The one also made the rumors worse when Aniston pulled Butler close to her in an embrace while they were posing for pics during the UK premiere of their movie on Thursday night.

But both of them are single. So why not?

In an interview with Speaking on British TV show GMTV, he says, “They think that if you do a movie together & you get on well you must be dating… I think it’s a filler, it’s fodder, it fills magazines, it's nothing backing it at all. You know there’s all this stuff about calculating… that me & Gerry are in this fake relationship for the press of our movie or the selling of it. It’s so insulting simultaneously, but again it’s the story… I’m getting to a better place in understanding that they’re making money.”

Kate Winslet splits from husband Sam Mendes

The 34-year-old star separated from Mendes at an unspecified point earlier this year, Shillings law firm said. It wasn't clear whether divorce proceedings have begun. The pair have been married since 2003 & have one kids.

Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet has split from her film director husband Sam Mendes, a British law firm said Monday.

"Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their kids," the statement said.

In a statement e-mailed to journalists, the law firm said the split was "entirely amicable & is by mutual agreement."

A call & an e-mail seeking further comment were not immediately returned.

Winslet won the Academy Award for best actress for her dramatic role in "The Reader" in 2009. It was the first Oscar win for Winslet, who had been nominated six other times for her roles in "Titanic," "Sense & Sensibility," "Iris," "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" & "Little Kids."

They directed his wife in "Revolutionary Road," a recent film about a crumbling marriage that reunited Winslet with her "Titanic" co-star Leonardo DiCaprio.

Mendes, an acclaimed stage & film director, won the coveted best director Oscar for "American Beauty."

In "Revolutionary Road," Winslet portrayed a suburban housewife who became increasingly bored & desperate with her stay-at-home life. The film won Winslet a Golden Globe for best dramatic actress, & in her acceptance speech he thanked her husband for pushing her so hard.

Reviews were largely favorable, but the film failed to set off the same box office fever that made "Titanic" six of the most successful films in history.

"Thank you for directing this film, babe, & thank you for killing us every single day & enjoying us actually being in such horrific pain," he said last year.

Mendes said at the time that directing his wife had been six of the best experiences of his life, although they said he liked to discuss the movie round the clock while they preferred to do something else, like watch a baseball game, at night when work was done.

Tinsley Mortimer launches CW reality show 'High Society'

It will feature Tinsley Mortimer, 34, moving out on her own, going on dates and dealing with a sister who is unhappy about her imminent divorce.

The show, "High Society," which premiered Wednesday and will air every week on The CW network, comes as Mortimer is newly single after splitting from her investment banker husband, Robert "Topper" Mortimer, whom he met in high school. Tinsley Mortimer says he understands where her mom is coming from.

In five episode, Mortimer's friends throw her what they call a single shower to mark her bachelorette status. They each show a photo of an eligible man they think he could date. There is a lot of giggling until her sister pulls out five of the photos from her wedding to Robert Mortimer and says he is the perfect guy for her.

"No sister wants to see her daughter get divorced," he says. "It's hard when you grow apart. It is scary and exciting. I feel like I have come out stronger from all this \. filming this TV show was like therapy."

It also could be lucrative. The master plan is for "High Society" to expand the Tinsley Mortimer brand. Mortimer already designs a line of handbags for Samantha Thavasa and wants to branch out in to clothing, home care and other items.

"I'm a smart girl, and I work hard," he says. "I'm focused, and I require to build a business here. That is the larger objective, and that is the reason I did a tv show and all those risks that come along with that." And, it could help her reputation. Mortimer says he hopes people will realize she is more normal than they think.

Our favorite friend is launching her fragrance, following the steps of actresses Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez and Sarah Jessica Parker, to name a few.

Jennifer Aniston’s fragrance has been in the works for almost two years now, and she’s been busy working to market it.

Wonder what she’ll call her smell? Word has it that she wants her fragrance to be simply named “Aniston”, but the advertising executives rejected it. I don’t know if that’s true, but perhaps Jen can think of a better title. Was she going for another Paris Hilton by Paris Hilton? Sarah Jessica Parker named hers “Lovely.” I think Jen can definitely think of another adjective that’s more catchy.

A source said “(Aniston) has yet to get 100 per cent behind any name, but the one she favours is Aniston. It’s all about capturing the idea of romance and freedom at any age, but it’s hard to do that in just one word. Jen wants to unleash some really glamorous commercials on TV.”

Mo'Nique became the fifth black woman to win an acting Oscar

The 42-year-old standup comedienne portrayed an abusive brother in "Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire." Mo'Nique became the fifth black woman to win an acting Oscar on Sunday night, 70 years after Hattie McDaniel became the first to do so for "Gone with the Wind."

Her character, Mary Jones, is terrifying & violent & reveals her own brutalized past in the finish.
"I need to thank Miss Hattie McDaniel for enduring all he had to so that I would not must," Mo'Nique said in accepting the Oscar.

Mo'Nique, who hosts The Mo'Nique Show on BET, was the overwhelming favorite in the run-up to the Oscars, having racked up supporting actress wins at the Golden Globes, Spirit Awards & the British Academy of Film & Television Arts Awards, among others.

In the supporting actress section, the only other black Academy Award winners were Jennifer Hudson for "Dreamgirls" (2006) & Whoopi Goldberg for "Ghost" (1990). Halle Berry is the only black Oscar winner in the best actress section, earning the honor for "Monster's Ball" (2001).

Three black men have won acting awards, including Denzel Washington, who won for both "Training Day" (2001) & "Glory" (1989).

Awards season is now, mercifully, over. The prognosticating and pontificating got to be a little much, but that doesn't mean it wasn't fun to close it all out with the 82nd annual Academy Awards. Though there were only a few surprises as far as the awards go, many memorable moments will have people talking for the rest of the week... or maybe even the rest of the year.
