The 29-year-old socialite has reportedly been pressurizing the American footy player - who they has been dating on & off for two years - to tie the knot & start a relatives ever since her younger brother Khloe Kardashian wed basketball star Lamar Odom last September.Reality TV star Kim Kardashian & Reggie Bush reportedly ended their three-year relationship because the footy player didn't require to get married.
However, the sportsman is convinced Kim is not "the right kind of girl" to spend his life with.
A source told E!: "Kim has been pushing for marriage, since Khloe got hitched, the pressure's been on. They feels it is the next step for her & Reggie. But Reggie knows deep down in his heart that they doesn't require to marry Kim. They basicly put it on the line for her - they wants a wife that is a support technique to him & would be a stay at home mom to his children.
Kim is said to be devastated about the split, because they was hoping to follow in the footsteps of her other brother Kourtney Kardashian - who recently gave birth to son Mason - & get pregnant soon.
"Reggie loves Kim but they knows that is not her. They loves her drive & ambition, & they thinks she is amazing, they truly loves her, but they knows she is not the right kind of girl for him to marry."
The source said: "Kim is devastated, they loves Reggie with all her heart & truly believed that they would be her husband & the brother of her children. She is so maternal & is in the place for children right now - that is been amplified by the birth of Mason, her nephew."
While Reggie loves Kim's "ambition", they apparently dumped her because they doesn't believe the brunette beauty "fits" in to his sportsman lifestyle.
The source added to RadarOnline.com: "Kim is so caught up in the whole Hollywood thing, & that is not Reggie's scene. He is a ball player, that is his career & his life, & they feels that Kim doesn't fit 100 percent in to that."
